About Fit My Day
Fit My Day is a free workout app that builds a guided workout around the day you're having. Tell it how much time you have, how much energy you've got, where you are and what's sore, and it gives you a plan you can start straight away, with a timer, rest countdowns and spoken cues.
What it does
- Plans around your day: 10, 20, 30, 45 or 60 minutes, and tired, normal or strong energy.
- Home or gym: bodyweight moves at home, using things like a chair, water bottles, a backpack, a towel or a door frame, or the main gym machines and free weights.
- Works around sore spots: tick a sore knee, lower back or shoulder and those exercises are left out.
- Your goal and experience: build muscle, lose fat, get stronger or stay active, as a beginner, intermediate or advanced lifter.
- 74 exercises with photos: every exercise has a photo and simple steps. See them all.
- Tracks your progress: history, weekly count, streak and your best for each exercise, in pounds or kilograms.
- Your choices: star favourite exercises so they come first, or hide ones you never want to do.
